Build It.

Once we get in contact with your business, we aim to complete the project in as little as 3-4 weeks. Week 1 focuses on research and development to understand where your company is currently at and what its needs are. Week 2-3 is onsite where we conduct further research while integrating changes. Week 4 is following up and making sure the implemented changes are layered in and effectively functioning.

Alignment

Firstly, we respond to your inquiry from the Connect section of the website. We discuss the issues at hand and desired goals.

Preliminary Research

This phase involves further understanding your brand, values, the property, menus, and history of your business. This is used to align our strategy with your establishment.

Strategy

Upon completion of the preliminary research phase we begin working on how to solve your conflict and better your hospitality venture by utilizing market research in your area.

Onsite

Once we feel like the right solution(s) have been sought out, we send out our expert James Addington in the field to aid in the implementation. He uses his hospitality experience to determine the viability of the strategy and further competitive research in the surrounding areas.

Follow-up

After the visit, we will stay in touch to ensure everything is still working well in the following days. This phase is designed to use us as a safety net in the event things are not working as planned.

Automation

The end goal is to leave you off better than when we initially met. At this phase you are ready to carry on without our assistance and have successfully implemented all changes to the establishment.
